Carmen, Owner Grand Beauty Spa

Carmen Lee-Sargeant, President and CEO of Tampa Bay’s most highly regarded Beauty industry businesses, The Grand Beauty Spa Med Spa, and Salon as well as Posh Salon Spa.

She not only operates these businesses, she still regularly works behind the chair making women look and feel beautiful.

With over 20 years of experience, The Grand was founded in 2007. Carmen’s goal in creating The Grand Beauty Spa was to maintain the highest spa industry standard for the benefit of her guest through exceptional spa products, cutting edge technology, and first rate spa and salon professionals in a five star atmosphere.

Carmen has traveled the world for training from top celebrity stylists such as Kattia Solano at Butterfly Studio, Shu Uemura Atilier Specialist for Editorial Hair Looks and HA Advanced Haircutting Design with Rick Cooper. Her education includes SOHO Academy NYC, Redken 5th Ave. NYC, and Martin Parcins in Canada, to name a few. Carmen grew up in the industry – literally in her mother’s salon who she credits for her success.

Carmen has focused on understanding balance, symmetry and beauty, but most importantly holds true to herself by mastering the art of hair and beauty.
