We invite you to arrive 45 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to enjoy our showers, steam room, infrared sauna, and lounge areas. 

Late Arrival 
We regret that a late arrival for your spa appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time. 

Cancellation Policy 
If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, we request that you do so 24 hours in advance since this time is specially reserved for you. Regretfully, if we do not receive the 24-hour notice of cancellation, you will be charged in full for your scheduled service. 

Gratuities 
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your own discretion. An amount of 15 percent to 20 percent is customary. 

Clothing
 A robe, slippers, disposable undergarments, and a locker will be provided upon your arrival. You will be properly draped during treatments. The Grand provides separate steam, sauna, and locker room facilities for both men and women.
